Ka Yin Gyi Fish Paste

To make bayarkyaw 1.Mix Hmwe bayarkyaw powder (150g) with (150ml) of water and stir thoroughly. 2.Put into both sweet and salt with balance for 45 min (or) 1 hr. 3.Put and grind garlic, onion, chilli, ginger and leaf sprout (Pyin-Taw-Thein) and then to fried. Remark - If a hurry mix the flour with 200ml of boil water stay it for about 15min and proceed as mentioned above to quick reault.

Hmwe roasted Chickpea Powder how to use Hmwe roasted Chickpea Powder can be used in Shwe Taung Noodle, Rice Salad, Tofu Salad, Noodle Salad, Vermicelli Salad, Papaya Salad, Lemon Salad, Marian Salad, Tomato Salad, Bamboo Shoot Salad and Ginger Salad etc. It is made from genuine chick pea for better taste.

How to use - 1. Mix Hmwe Tohu Powder (150g) with (700ml) of water. 2. Stir thoroughly in bowl. 3. Add approximate amount of sweet and salt into to tohu paste and stir well. 4. Boil tohu paste in high heat and stir continuously and then braise with moderate heat till it become sticky and treacle. 5. Put it into suitable mold and let it condense to cold. 6. Now we can make it fried or salad.

To make Tofu 1. Mix 150g of Hmwe raw chickpea powder, curry powder, salt, and some turmeric powder with 300 ml ( 1 can of condensed milk ) to have a powder solution. 2. Boil 450 ml ( 1 and half of condensed milk) into a container and put it on stove and heat it. When near boil pour gradually the flour solution already made and stir thoroughly. 3. When it becomes viscous boil it with average heat for about 8 or 10 min and stir along. And let it condenses to cold. Now we can make it fried or salad, Remark: Hmwe raw chickpea powder can be used in coconut milk noodle, chicken salad, samusa salad with curry, Mote-Aw-Zar( crispy bean snack) bean pasty(halawa) and bean cake etc.

Hmwe Pure Roasted Rice Powder how to use: It can also be used in making of Mokehinkhar Curry, Bamboo Shoot with Roasted Rice Soup, Fish Broth Roasted Rice. Hmwe Roasted Rice Powder can also enhance the taste of various salad.

Direction for use - 1-Mix one pack of this tempura flour with one glass of cold water. 2- Stir until it is thoroughly mixed. 3- Coat chicken, Shrimp ,Crab, Fish, Pork, Beef, Meatball, Sausage, Vegetable, and fry in hot oil until it turns golden brown.

How To use- 1. Meat, Water and Yodayarmel Tempura flour packet must be prepared. 2. Mix 70g tempura flour packet and cool water stir thoroughly. 3. Coat Chicken, Shrimp, Crab, Pork, Beef, Meat ball, Vegetables and Sausage. 4. Fry in hot oil until it turns golden brown.
